All Children must stay within the Camp Area identified by camp personnel. Sciencecamps will not be left responsible for any child left unsupervised outside the program hours listed. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the camp begins will receive a 50% discount. No refunds for later cancellations. Sciencecamps will operate to the highest safety standards; we shall not be responsible for any illness, accident or loss of property unless occasioned by the proven negligence on the part of the Camp Directors or its employees. Terms and Conditions of Blackwater Outdoor Activities Ltd and The Glen Resource & Sports Centre are accepted. Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed – no refund will be made. Sciencecamps reserve the right to modify or delete any activity. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.
